Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Business Administration.
At least 8-10 years of financial management experience, including CFO/Finance Director experience, hospitality/resort real estate industry preferred.
Deep understanding of corporate financial management, fundraising, and risk control.
Strategic thinking, leadership skills, fluent English communication.
Main Responsibilities
Develop the overall financial strategy for the entire Skyeth Hospitality Group ecosystem.
Manage cash flow, budget, investment, and fundraising for expansion projects.
Build the financial reporting system, internal controls, and financial risk management.
Advise the Executive Board on strategic financial and investment decisions.
Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team across the whole system.
