Research and analyze BPO industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and customer need to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor emerging markets, verticals, and geographies for business expansion.
Data & Business Insights:
Collect, structure, and interpret data related to sales performance, lead generation, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to growth and
business development.
Revenue & Client Growth Strategy:
Support pricing models, business cases, and ROI analysis for new service lines or client proposals.
Analyze client accounts to identify upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities.
Performance Optimization:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
Provide insights on channel effectiveness and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Forecasting & Planning:
Assist in financial forecasting and demand planning to support scalability.
Create data-backed recommendations for senior leadership on expansion strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, growth strategy, or related roles (preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or consulting industries).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills-ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
English communication (Intermediate level).
