Our project Send-byte is an AI-powered email automation platform that helps businesses create, personalize, and optimize email marketing campaigns at scale. Our product is designed to help eCommerce brands and Shopify sellers improve conversion, retention, and customer engagement through AI-driven workflows.
We are looking for a highly driven Growth Lead to own and scale Send-byte's growth across both local and global markets.
Growth Strategy & Execution
Build and execute the overall growth strategy for Send-byte
Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Develop scalable growth experiments and optimize the customer funnel continuously
Shopify App Growth
Drive growth for Shopify apps through:
Shopify App Store Optimization (ASO)
Review/ranking optimization
Conversion optimization
Merchant acquisition campaigns
Understand Shopify seller behaviors, ecosystem trends, and competitive landscape
Acquisition & Marketing Channels
Own and optimize growth channels including:
Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
SEO & Content Marketing
Community-led growth
Email/Lifecycle marketing
Partnerships & affiliate programs
Explore and test new acquisition channels for both local and international markets
Product-led Growth
Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to improve onboarding and activation
Design and optimize user journeys, retention flows, and lifecycle campaigns
Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, messaging, pricing, and campaigns
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion rates
Use data and user insights to drive decision-making and growth initiatives
Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance
Market Expansion
Develop strategies to expand Send-byte into global markets (US, EU, SEA, etc.)
Adapt positioning and messaging for different customer segments and regions
Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles
Experience in leading team member
Proven track record of growing Shopify apps is REQUIRED
Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce industry
Experience working on both local and global markets
Strong analytical and growth mindset
Hands-on experience with:
Paid acquisition
SEO/content
Growth experimentation
Product-led growth
Analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
