Mô tả công việc
Kiotviet is Vietnam's largest POS provider, with over 200,000 merchants across various industries. We are expanding into other South-east Asian countries with our POS offerings and are expanding our product portfolio with new offerings in the fintech space.
Responsibilities:
1.Digital Marketing Strategy for Overseas Vietnamese Business Owners (40%)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at overseas Vietnamese business owners to promote the adoption of KiotViet software.
- Plan and control the budget for digital marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective ROI.
- Take ownership of Profit and Loss (PnL) related to digital marketing initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Continuously enhance lead quality through iterative improvements in campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the KiotViet sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and maximize conversion rates.
2.Market Access Strategy for International Resellers (30%)
- Plan and oversee the implementation of market access strategies through KiotViet's international reseller network.
- Maintain regular communication with marketing managers of international resellers to support their local marketing efforts effectively.
- Assist resellers in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns targeted at local merchants, ensuring consistency with KiotViet's brand and market positioning.
- Support resellers in leveraging digital marketing tools and strategies to enhance their market penetration and customer engagement.
3.Support Growth Activities of Overseas Projects (20%)
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to recruit new international resellers for KiotViet.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Contribute to the overall expansion of KiotViet's international presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Additional Responsibilities (10%):
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that align with KiotViet's strategic objectives in overseas markets.
- Drive marketing investments by forging partnerships with brands and businesses across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives effectively.
Yêu cầu
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, mobile apps, digital marketing, and mobile marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to gain support from key stakeholders and drive collaborative initiatives.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing marketing targets.
- Ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
