Bravebits is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving new user acquisition and retaining our current customer base for our Shopify page builder products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer behavior, and e-commerce trends.
Lead and manage all marketing activities with a focus on growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention.
Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Connect various departments within the company to ensure synchronization and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
Develop and oversee the day-to-day implementation of a feasible marketing plan for the department.
Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
Create and maintain a solid network of strategic partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
Control and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, particularly in e-commerce and SaaS.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards goals regularly.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
Demonstrated knowledge of KPIs, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, customer journeys, and e-commerce trends.
Proven ability to manage strategy from a big-picture perspective while controlling the marketing budget.
Experience working with technology companies or SaaS.
Experience working with clients in Europe and the United States is a plus.
Integrity, diligence, a learning spirit, and the ability to handle pressure well.
Quick to grasp new technology and not afraid of hard work.
Oriented towards common goals and team success.
Proficient in English.

Salary: negotiable with the possibility of salary increments or promotions every 6 months.
Full salary will be provided during the trial period.
Quarterly bonuses will be based on project achievements after the probation period.
