Marketing Campaigns/Activities Implementation:
Take ownership of Marketing activities for certain delivery services; Fully responsible for researching, planning, executing, delivering and managing directly integrated marketing campaigns across all available channels for both branding and user growth purposes.
Work closely with all functional sub-teams (Design, Content,...) and other departments (
Business Development, Operations, Finance, Product...) to implement marketing campaigns/activities effectively;
Manage and collaborate closely with Digital team to optimize performance of
digital marketing channels in your own campaigns (including performance results and cost)
Have ability in defining, setting up and evaluating marketing campaigns results in both performance and branding effectiveness, and actively provide recommendations for next actions.
User/Service Growth and User Retention:
Plan and Implement growth activities/initiatives to acquire new users for AI chatbot services.
Collaborate with the Business team to run in-app marketing campaigns/activities for the user retention purpose.
Have ability in product and competitor analysis to help the team adapt with fast-pace market, understand business situation and make timely marketing decisions.
At least 3 years of experience at any related position in handling marketing campaigns, promotions, service communication or user acquisition... (having experience in E-commerce, retail, logistics, or the on-demand company is an advantage).
Have a clear understanding and basic framework in how to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns implementation (new service launch, user marketing campaigns,...).
Problem-solving and growth mindset; Be progressive, active, and innovative and always thrived in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills in working with different stakeholders in various teams and levels.
Good in data analysis (have ability to use SQL or other BI tools is a plus), A/B Test Deployment and have experience in conducting user/market research.
Good sense on creative design and content is preferable.
