What You'll Own
Execute and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across Paid Search, Social Ads, Display, Affiliate, CRM, SEO and more.
Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, engagement...) to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
Launch and optimize A/B tests for landing pages, creatives, audiences, funnels, and messaging.
Design and run growth experiments across the full user journey using the AARRR framework.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Content teams to deliver personalized user experiences that boost conversion and retention.
Build dashboards, performance reports, and data-driven recommendations to continuously push growth.
Ideate and experiment with new growth concepts to unlock scalable and repeatable results.
4+ years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Data-driven
Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with major ad platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360 (nice to have).
Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in GA4, Firebase, Looker/Data Studio or similar tools.
Deep understanding of growth funnels (AARRR) and conversion mechanics.
Skilled in running and interpreting A/B tests, experiments, and optimization loops.
Tech-savvy, curious, agile - someone who tests fast, learns fast, and scales what works.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
