Job Purpose
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Specialist, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile games. You will work closely with the marketing and game development teams to ensure our games' successful launch and ongoing promotion.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for our mobile games, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, app stores, and online advertising platforms.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize user acquisition and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts, including user acquisition costs, conversion, and retention rates.
• Collaborate with the game designer team to ensure effective positioning, messaging, and branding of our games.
• Write, edit, and proofread English content for various platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, emails, and website copy.
• Manage and plan social media content across multiple platforms to engage our audience.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets, including app store screenshots, videos, and promotional materials.
• Publish, copy edit, and optimize new content for our website using a web publishing CMS.
• Monitor content performance and test various ideas to improve engagement and achieve the best results.
• Research and select relevant art, related articles, links, and digital calls to action for each new piece of content.
• Capture and update industry insights, content trends, and relevant information to enhance our company's content.
• Interact with followers on social channels and handle customer inquiries.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including ad networks, agencies, and influencers, to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile game marketing.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on marketing performance and campaign results.

Yêu cầu

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, journalism, communications, or digital media. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in mobile game marketing, preferably in the gaming industry, with a successful track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, and app store optimization (ASO) techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track and optimize campaign performance, such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar platforms.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
• Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mobile gaming trends, user acquisition strategies, and industry best practices
Additional Requirements:
• Availability for Timely Support: The Growth Strategist should be able to provide timely support during critical periods, such as pre-launch, launch of new games, and important marketing campaigns. This may require being available outside of regular office hours, including weekends. Flexibility and willingness to accommodate these time-sensitive events are essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members, both within the marketing department and cross-functionally with game development teams, is crucial. This includes clear and concise communication during urgent situations, even outside regular working hours.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: The Growth Strategist should have a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and address issues that may arise during pre-launch, game launches, or important marketing campaigns. Being able to think on their feet and quickly resolve any challenges will be valuable.
• High-Stress Tolerance: Pre-launches, game launches, and marketing campaigns can be high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle stressful circumstances, work well under pressure, and maintain a calm and focused approach to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Collaboration and teamwork are essential for successful game launches and marketing campaigns. The Growth Strategist should be comfortable working closely with various stakeholders, including the marketing team, game development team, external partners, and agencies, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach.
