Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, data analysis, and marketing techniques, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
What will you do
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
Identify and prioritize target market segments, customer personas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Lead the development of compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives through regular performance tracking and reporting.
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field;
Proven experience as a Growth Strategist, Business Development, Product Marketing or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
Proven working experience in e-commerce/ payment (end-user) products or companies
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
