Selex Motors is a pioneering startup in electric vehicles and new energy solutions, with a mission to accelerate the transition to smart and sustainable mobility in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We aspire to be the number one EV company in the region.
We are entering a phase of rapid growth and looking for an ambitious Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help us achieve the next challenging goals. The job description is below.
I. Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company to ensure meeting set goals and operational excellence
- Prepare relevant reports for CEO and BoD
- Work closely with CEO in setting and driving company strategy, goals and action plan
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, operation planning, performance management, and performance improvement
- Preside over setting up and implementation of the company's system of processes and regulations
- Manage, mentor and develop key executives
- Develop and maintain relationship with key partners of the company
- Develop measures to effectively promote and enhance company culture
- Assist CEO in fund-raising and other tasks as required
II. Benefit:
Salary: Competitive and negotiable, upto 3.000 USD a month.

Yêu cầu
1. Education: University graduate or higher majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Laws, Economics, v.v and related disciplines.
2. Experience: Having at least 05 years of experience in a similar position
3. Skills/Qualities:
Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, legal, sales.. etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Hold high standard of work with excellent attention to details
Resourceful and excellent problem solver
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Possess strong business sense
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Strong decision-making skills
Experience with startup and/or fundraising will be a BIG plus
