Mô tả công việc
Apply GSD to analyze garment operations and define standard minute values (SMV) for each style.
Collaborate with GSD staff in factory, IE, Sample, and Production teams to check, validate data, operations and layouts.
Do the costing on GSD system.
Maintain and update GSD database and ensure alignment with actual operations.
Support the development of new methods and layout planning to improve productivity.
Assist in training sewing operators or technicians on best practices based on GSD findings.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
GSD certification is required.
Over 3 years of experience in garment costing using GSD.
Proficiency in GSD software and garment operation methods.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.
