1. Sales & Management
Drive performance of Sell Thru / Sell Out,
Manage Distribuitor and Sub dealer to achieve Company target & goals
Manage and deplpoy sales policy/promotion
Explore and search for sales potential customers/wholesales in the North region
2. Go To Market management
Deploy all GTM activities to customer
Go to market to update informations and propose the solution to push Sell in and Sell thru/ Sell out to achieve company target.
Advise on sales programs and policies for TCL products.
3. Internal Co-opearation & Customer Care
Collaborate with Other departments (Marketing, Retail, Finance...) to develop optimal solutions for each customers.
Periodic work results reporting, customer data updates.
Enhance business relationship between distributors and TCL, and third parties partnership between TCL, distributors and Sub dealers
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree or higher
At least 5 year of experience in the electronics/appliance industry (Experience in Air Conditioner - GT Channel)
English skills is an advantage
Good level of Excel & Power Point
