We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an GTRF Transaction Services Manager.
Principal responsibilities:
Direct and control the operations process of Import and Export following internal procedures, group policies, and local regulatory requirements
Identifies potential business opportunities for GTS
Keeping Trade Sales Team/ Relationship Managers updated of customers performance and their business plan to maximize returns
Work with stakeholders on exploring complicated structures/solutions to accomodate clients' demand
Manage internal/external customer complaints
Manage resources and drive team performance to achieve department's objectives and targets, also in line with group operating procedures/local regulations etc. and contributes to the improvement of operation process
Provide excellent services to clients
Establish and maintain customer relationship by customer visits/entertainments with Client Services/Sales and/or Relationship Managers
Coaching, provide guidance for the development of team members
Work with internal/regional stakeholders for related projects developed from time to time, department audit plan etc.

Requirements
7-8 years experience in banking - international trade producst and customer services.
Thoroughly understand international practices:ISP, URDG, UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP etc.
CSDG/CDCS is an advantage
University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic
Customer and results oriented
Good command in English (both in written and oral)
Good knowledge of Letter of credit products (DC bill checking, DC confirmation, DC reimbursement etc,) and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc
