Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relation Supervisor (Incharge Executive Lounge) in a dynamic hospitality environment:
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Executive Lounge during assigned shifts.
Welcome, assist, and engage with VIP guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Manage the Guest Relations team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities of the Executive Lounge.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests to enhance personalized service.
Prepare daily reports on lounge activities, guest feedback, and operational matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations within the lounge area.
Assist in planning and organizing special events or promotions for Executive Lounge guests.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in guest relations or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in Executive Lounge management.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
