Mô tả công việc
Guest Relations:
- Acting as a hotel representative to welcome and farewell all customers, especially Korean guests.
- Be especially attentive to repeat and VIP guests; ensure all guests complaints are resolved to the guest's satisfaction or report all complaints and problems and refer to superior if unable to solve to the guest's satisfaction.
- Handle emails, messages, special requests and provide information and assistance to the guests.
- Acting as a direct coordinator for all Korean customers staying at the hotel, especially Korean guests/groups checking in & out.
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests.
- Being ready working in all the areas of the front office or sales, where and when Korean speaker is required.
- Being available for translations in spoken and written (Korean -English) (information; guest directory, menus, etc) or between Korean customers & managers when required.
- Writing the welcome cards in Korean & preparing the welcome amenities for the Korean guest.
- Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise all activities for guests or attend recreation activities when necessary.
- Liaise with Management to create trainings for team to serve our Korean guest better.
- Having an excellent knowledge about the Hotel product & facilities. Familiarize with all room types, packages, room rates, operating hours, F&B outlets, other services, emergency procedure, policies, in order to play active role in emergency.
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager/ Front Office Manager.
- Comply with other request from hierarchical management in a timely manner.
Sales responsibility:
- Execute sales action plans related to the market areas, following strategy from management.
- Acquire and develop new business accounts and preparing Sales proposals for clients
- Conduct rate negotiations, make strategic plan for key segmentations (selling & caring) to ensure optimal yielding and guest high loyalty.
- Follow up guest enquiries with hotel information in full, correct and proper ways while adhere to SOP's.
- Assist the Sales Manager in defining an annual sales action plan and execute set of actions accordingly.
- Provide statistics and forecasts of account productions when required.
- Update contact database, make reports at all times when required.
- Attend trade shows, sales blitz, workshops and so on in the assigned markets.
- Protect and treat information responsibly including complying with any confidentiality obligations.
Other responsibility:
- Confidential information such as business plan, pricing, financial data must not be disclosed outside of department or hotel without legitimate business reason. Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
- Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.
- Support the departments during the Holidays:
- Additional responsibilities and duties can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.
