Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
Prepare and maintain the lounge area, ensuring all amenities (e.g., fruits, water, etc.) are properly set up
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the lounge at all times to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Review the club guest list, identifying VIPs, birthday guests, and those celebrating special occasions
Report the number of club guests utilizing Happy Hour to the Chef for accurate service planning
Arrange VIP room amenities as required
Monitor and request additional supplies for any out-of-stock items to maintain seamless operations
Conduct an end-of-day inventory check (e.g., water, wine, soft drinks) and submit a report on remaining stock
Perform other tasks assigned by Department Head.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
