1. Sample development: ensuring adherence to quality and design specifications, validation and smart industrialization.
2. Market-Leading Price: Secure our competitive position through sophisticated cost-optimization strategies. Your mission is to hit ambitious 'Best Value' targets without compromising our rigorous quality standards.
3. Technical Expertise: Master the technical requirements of the product, ensuring designs are technically feasible for mass production.

5. Quality Management & Assurance: Guide supplier to reach the excellence level of quality system and design a process to make it in efficient way
OUR REQUIREMENTS::
1. Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in Production, Garments, or Quality. Bonus points if you have spent 5 of those years specifically as a Garment
Merchandiser.
2. Commercial & Negotiation Skills: You possess a sharp "business-hunting" mindset and excellent price negotiation skills, directly supporting our cost optimization and supplier management goals.
3. Organizational Excellence: time and priorities management to ensure well organized and meet the deadline.
4. Solution Oriented: Open to change, welcome problems as opportunity for growth. Proactively detect and go to the end of the problem.
