JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Java Backend/ Fullstack Developer, you will be involved in end-to-end software development and application enhancement projects, including:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack web applications.
Develop and integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java technologies.
Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend applications using [protected info]
Collaborate with
Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform database design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, code review, and technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support integration, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of existing applications.
Ensure software quality, performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Backend/ Fullstack development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java 8 / Spring Boot

RESTful API development
SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of web application architecture and software design principles.
Experience in system integration and application enhancement projects.
Strong capabilities in code review, technical mentoring, and problem-solving.
Experience working on enterprise-scale systems and complex integrations.
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
Excellent communication skills in an international working environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Experience in enterprise application development and system integration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines K8s and container technologies.
Experience working in multinational or offshore development environments.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
