COMPANY INTRODUCTION

World Vision International (WVI) USA - Representative Office in Vietnam has been funded by 13 support countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Australia. Funding of WVI Vietnam consists of sponsorship program funding (70%) and Private Non-Sponsorship (PNS)/grants (30%). WVI Vietnam employs about 400 staff, of which 99% are Vietnamese nationals.
WVI Vietnam is operating in 25 Area Programs (AP) in 4 zones: North 1 (Dien Bien, Ha Noi, Hai Phong), North 2 (Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh), Central (Quang Nam, Quang Tri, and Da Nang), and South (Quang Ngai, Ho Chi Minh, Dak Nong). WVI's AP usually focuses on one administrative district of a province which is populated by ethnic minority people with high rates of poverty. Beside the APs, WVI is also implementing different Special and Grant Projects to meet the specific needs of vulnerable children in both AP and non-AP areas.

Manage technical projects of Nutrition and Health, Child Protection and Participation, Livelihood and Sponsorship and Community Engagement and financial resources in compliance with WVV's financial and procurement policies and procedures.
Facilitate the process of MVC mapping, POA making and reviewing, micro projects development and advocacy activities within the assigned communities.
Ensure the most vulnerable children (MVC) and RC inclusion and the cross-cutting themes of Humanitarian Emergency Affairs and Disaster Risk Reduction (HEA-DRR), gender, disability are well assessed and addressed through project activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work and/or related field
Motorbike driving license is required
At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation, preferably with international humanitarian organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
Language requirement: Vietnamese: Fully fluent. English: Intermediate

Kiểm tra, rà soát chứng từ tạm ứng và thanh toán hàng ngày, đảm bảo các chứng từ đầy đủ, hợp lệ, chính xác, ghi sổ kế toán.
Đối chiếu số dư cuối tháng giữa sổ kế toán và sổ phụ/sao kê ngân hàng, kiểm tra, rà soát chứng từ ngân hàng, kẹp vào bộ chứng từ thanh toán đảm bảo đầy đủ.
Theo dõi các khoản tạm ứng và hoàn ứng, và chia sẽ thông tin với Nhân viên AP, tránh trường hợp hoàn ứng muộn các khoản tạm ứng
Lập, in và lưu trữ chứng từ kế toán, báo cáo tài chính theo qui định với sự hướng dẫn của nhân viên tài chính.
Trình ký, đóng dấu PAID, đục lỗ và lưu file chứng từ theo quy định.
Cập nhật, dán nhãn tài sản mới mua sắm của văn phòng; kiểm tra tài sản của cộng đồng
Hỗ trợ thực hiện các hoạt động khác tại chương trình vùng nếu có yêu cầu.
2. Trách nhiệm của Chương trình vùng:
Với sự điều phối của Quản lý chương trình vùng, Nhân viên Tài chính Chương trình vùng sẽ hỗ trợ Nhân viên tập sự trong việc:
Hướng dẫn kiến thức, kỹ năng cần thiết cho tập sự viên
Cung cấp phương tiện để làm việc như bàn, ghế làm việc, văn phòng phẩm... để Nhân viên tập sự có đủ điều kiện làm việc theo quy định của WVI
Phối hợp, tư vấn thực hiện và giám sát các công việc cuả tập sự viên.
Hỗ trợ tập sự viên hoàn thành công việc khi cần.
Theo dõi và chấm công (timesheet), và làm yêu cầu thanh toán cho tập sự viên hàng tháng.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Kiến thức:
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kế toán, tài chính hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
2. Kỹ năng:
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: các phần mềm cơ bản Microsoft Word và Excel
