- Essential daily duties & responsibilities
- Organize the staff on the floors/Organize and supervise the shift.
- In charge of daily goods ordering.
- Responsible for the opening preparation/closing process.
- Lead daily staff briefing.
- Manage the reservations.
- Cashier duty.
- Make sure the service is going well and customers are satisfied.
- Manage the communication between the kitchen, the bar and the floors.
- Handle complaints and mistakes.
- Responsible for the floors/service hygiene.
- Make sure the staff follow the restaurant's rules.
- Restaurant's development responsibilities
- Responsible for staff training and their improvement.
- Listen to the staff's opinions and ideas.
- Customer care: recommendation and asking feedback.
- Implement policies and protocols to improve the organization, service, installation.
- Give ideas of new food or drinks.
- Control operational costs.

- Salary: Negotiable. From 11 to 17 million/month.
- Day off: 5-6 days/month.
- Annual holiday: 12 holidays/year. 4 sick-day off.
- Insurance follows Government policy.
- Meals in work shifts.
- Restaurant trip once/year.
- Attendance allowance: 200k/month.
- Bonus twice/year + Tip (200k-400k/month)
- Salary: Negotiable. From 11 to 17 million/month.
