Detailed description of tasks and responsibilities:
Procurement
· Handle all airfreight inquiry from local sales/overse agents/ commercial department
· Handle the tender/adhoc nominated or freehand biz
· Build up and maintain strong relationships with Airlines/cooleres/subcontractors.
· Regular update market intelligent to improve selling strategies, increase winning ratios, and secure a larger market share.
Business Development:
· Develop airfreight strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and Profitability
· Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external customers
· Develop agent/network biz by providing the best solution (update weekly rate, promotion rate, follow sales lead, pushing feedback, manage downtrend...)
· Find out opportunity of speaking to clients regarding current jobs to explore new business opportunities
· Support develop local controlled business by updating market information /solution.
· Join sales visit if required
Additional Tasks:
· Make monthly P& L report and other related reports to manage the Business unit
· Support airteam to solve issue by contact terminal/carriers/vendor fort hier support.
· Perform tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
