*** JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Employment data & reporting:
Ensure that all personnel information is recorded sufficiently, accurately and updated in the Company database platforms (offline and online)
Prepare multiple employment contracts for employees; and keep track of those contracts status corresponding to employee status updates
Execute the process steps during the employee's journey: onboarding, promotion, rotation, offboarding, etc.
Produce respective C&B reports on a periodical basis or when requested ad-hoc by stakeholders.
Payroll:
Produce the monthly payroll, ensuring its accuracy and timeline
Coordinate with Accounting team regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees.
Personal income tax (PIT):
Register PIT code & PIT dependant for new employees
Complete monthly/quarterly PIT declaration reports
Implement the annual PIT finalization for eligible employees following the updated timeline and regulations.
Social, healthcare & unemployment insurance (SHUI):
Ensure that the operation of SHUI in accordance with the regulations and company's policies, including registration, contribution, reporting, claim.
Premium Healthcare Insurance program for employees and family members:
Work with employees and Insurance partner to ensure the program's efficient operations, including registration, reporting, claim.
Others:
Timely update the Government's circulars and decrees on wages, SHUI & PIT to propose the updates on the implementation of the salary regime
Assist in development and administration of compensation strategy and company recognition programs.
Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by Head of People Operations.

Requirements:
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, accounting, or other related majors
Around 4+ years of C&B working experience
Deep knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, PIT and SHUI Law and other related regulations
Strong MS Word, Excel, data analytic & reporting skills. Tech-savvy enough to quickly adapt to new database/collaboration platforms (like Notion, Slack. etc.)
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and writing skills in English
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, great collaboration skills and high integrity.
Nice to have:
Previous work experience in a technology company is an advantage
Prior experience of working with HR software and Performance management systems is preferred.
Must have:
