• Category Management: Manage and oversee assigned product portfolios within the Accessories category or HA Category
• Operations & Commercial Management: Collaborate directly with external partners and internal departments to execute product-related operations, including contract management, pricing strategies, commercial policies, promotional programs, and tracking sell-in/sell-out metrics.
• Market Intelligence & Inventory Control: Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Take ownership of procurement planning, inventory management, sales performance monitoring, and clearance stock liquidation.
• Training & Implementation: Act as the primary focal point working with the deployment team to facilitate training and ensure sales operations align with company processes and policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing department and other business units to execute sales plans and drive revenue growth.
• Reporting & Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Category Manager. Report directly to the Category Manager and Category Divisional Director.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Category Specialist,..preferably in the Retail, Consumer Electronics
• Direct experience managing Accessories (tech accessories, gadgets) or Home Appliances (HA)/ Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, pricing mechanics, and promotional campaigning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Data manipulation, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) to manage large-scale SKUs.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex metrics (Sell-in/Sell-out, Inventory • Turn, Profit Margin, Aging Stock) into actionable business strategies.
• Sharpened negotiation skills with a track record of dealing with brands, distributors, or international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, rebates, and commercial terms.
• Good command of English OR Chinese (both verbal and written) to work directly with international partners and suppliers
