(Hanoi) Legal Associate/ Paralegal - Luật Sư/ Trợ Lý Luật Sư Tại Hà Nội

- Handle the advisory and transaction works in corporate and M&A, investment, employment and labor, dispute resolution, real estate....
- Client Support and Legal Service: responsible for supporting in providing opinions and legal services for the clients, support in performing professional works for the firm and other works according to the assignment and instructions of Partner and/or Senior Associate.
- Provide opinions and legal advices, perform other legal works/services for the clients following the instructions and assignment of the Partner/Supervising lawyer and/or the Management, including but not limited in the following works:
+ Support in the draft of contracts for clients;
+ Search documents relating to the matter handled by the group;
+ Support in researching, analyzing and providing legal opinions with relation to documents of clients/provided by clients in order to provide professional advices, solutions and plans to best solve clients' issues;
+ Support in researching, providing comments and legal analysis on contracts as requested by clients;
+ Support in market research, research of business model and advising the investment model for clients;
+ Support in drafting incorporation application dossier, legal dossier, litigation dossier;
+ Support in constructing and drafting contract samples, internal regulations as requested by clients;
+ Being responsible for other works relevant to professional duty as assigned by the Partner or the Management as appropriate;
+ Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa as per requests;
+ Promptly report issues and difficulties with Partner/Supervising Lawyer to seek for advices.
