Mô tả công việc
Business Partnering - 60%:
• Act as Human Resources Business Partner for Frasers Property Vietnam (FPV)'s North region.
• Partner assigned Heads of Departments to understand, identify, and propose solutions to people and culture issues.
• Keep the management updated with the trends in local labor market and industry talent movement.
• Drive talent engagement and culture building initiatives across for North-based teams.
• Represent FPV to deal with external parties, such as DOLISA, Social Security department, etc. in Hanoi and neighboring provinces.
• Drive the implementation of key people processes amongst North-based staff.
• Manage expense forecasting and billing to ensure effective cost management and high return on investment.
• Act as HR system administrator to manage employees' profile and leave application in company's HR system.
Learning & Development - 40%:
• Collaborate with other L&D team members at FPV and group L&D team to build and implement annual training plan.
• Follow-through on employees' individual development plans by working with other HRBPs and people managers.
• Evaluate the success of development plans, especially how it helps the individual employees in terms of skillset and performance, as well as the team's and organizational performance.
• Identify potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and track budgets.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, business administration, or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a Human Resources manager role, preferably with MNC real estate background.
• Prior experience working with a Learning Management System and HR Management system
• Ability to implement HR processes, and communicate them to leadership and employees. Exposure to international people practices that are fair, inclusive and rewarding for both organizations and employees.
• Well-versed in Vietnam labour law, social insurance, and relating regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
• Strong inter-personal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen, especially for real estate sector.
• Coach and consult others when there is a performance or behavioral problem.
• Ability to achieve goals and align interests through cooperation and collaboration with other groups and cross-functional teams, even where no direct reporting relationship exists.
• Demonstrated organizational leadership and decision-making capability at a senior management level in a collaborative manner.
• Demonstrate creative solution development, innovation, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to manage budgets and experience working closely with Head of Human Resources to achieve people and culture agenda.
• Ability to adapt with changes and deal with complexity in the organization.
• Based in Hanoi, with the flexibility to travel to other provinces due to work requirements.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a Human Resources manager role, preferably with MNC real estate background.
