Responsible for the strategic implementation and management of human resources' core functions and processes according to the objectives and performance and quality standards established by the Hotel.
Performs other related duties and functions, including administrative procedures which may be assigned by the General Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Proven leadership capabilities with at least ten (10) years working experience in a senior hotel / hospitality management, including International hotel brand role.
• Proven performance record with at least four (4) years hotel / hospitality operations experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent, in leading four-star to five-star hotels; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
