HCM - Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage, understand and act on Client requests and needs.
Handle project timeline and management, quality check and ensure work to run smoothly;
Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
Campaign reporting to ensure the deliverable, performance and KPI's achievement;
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of experience in account executive role in digital agency
Experienced in creative agency is a plus
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
Ability to understand client needs problem-solving, negotiation & coordination;
Strong at problem-solving, negotiation & coordination;
Organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work under high pressure
Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
