[HCM] Adidas Vietnam Tuyển Dụng Chuyên Viên Supply Planning Footwear Full-time 2021

PURPOSE:
Lead the planning activities for one supplier within one Operations Area to supply products according to (or exceeding) customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure consistent execution of all standard planning processes in one operations center and lead the factory planning team in achieving highest level of product availability by active KPI management, timely problem solving as well as ensuring implementation of adidas Group policies and procedures within the supply base.
Coach and guide the factory planning team by training them to follow adidas planning processes and increase their planning capabilities
Execute decisions made by Sourcing management team across adidas functions and supplier. Execute and sustain a high level of operational efficiency in the planning processes and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute allocation decisions for the responsible factories in ensuring that planning directions and priorities are satisfying customer demands while taking into consideration all possible manufacturing constraints (at both T1 & T2 levels)
Monitor and communicate factors likely to impact T1 & T2 delivery performance and drive improvement actions plan with the factory management, operations team and functional teams. Support Planning Manager in communicating and rolling out strategic planning direction.
Work closely with all business partners, the operations team and functional teams in implementing planning process improvement and ensuring that production priorities are executed.
Support the Planning Senior Manager / Manager in rolling out global initiatives as well as participating in local projects as subject matter expert
Support driving supplier performance in regards to capacity reliability, order confirmation accuracy, product transfer execution, and overall planning reliability. Drive the on-time approval of additional mold request.
Act with a consumer focused mindset by improving overall satisfaction level of the sales organizations / markets.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree and at least 1-2 years of relevant business experience
Experience in supply planning, production, and/or logistics a bonus.
Strategic and fact-based mindset and a drive to learn and develop
Good verbal and written English communication skills in a global business setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of adidas Group systems (GPS, PDM/PLM, MSTR etc...) are a bonus
Proficiency with standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
