Mô tả công việc
1/ Aim of the Position:
• To support Legal Team in handling legal matters relating to licensing and operation matters;
• To support Legal Team and relevant departments in relation to compliance matters, handling all compliance matters and ensuring the compliance of laws and compliance policies cross all project companies.
2/ Key Areas of the Responsibilities:
2.1 Compliance Control:
• To coordinate the implementation and monitor compliance matters in compliance with the Group's Code of Conduct (CoC), Anti-money laundering (AML), anti-corruption Clause, PDPA and other compliance regulations within the company, project companies, ensuring the consistent application of its requirements across all project companies.
• To conduct compliance control over company operations, including but not limited to monitoring compliance with the sales activities and customer services, investments, procurements and other operational activities.
• To evaluate customer dossiers and documentation to ensure they meet company requirements and legal criteria.
• To lead compliance initiatives and propose to develop and implement all compliance policies, standards, and guidelines.
• To conduct or engage third parties to provide compliance training and awareness programs for all employees.
2.2 Legal Affairs:
• To conduct legal research on laws, decrees, circulars, and regulations and provide legal advice related to the company's business and.
• To monitor and update changes in legal regulations and communicate applicable requirements to relevant departments.
• To provide legal advice and compliance matters to various departments in relation to the daily operation of project companies and the relevant projects.
• To review and provide advice on internal policies, regulations, and corporate governance documents.
• To review and provide legal opinions on contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2.3 Licensing & Approvals:
• To manage legal and regulatory requirements related to company licenses and approvals.
• To handle business registration procedures and related amendments.
• To ensure compliance with business conditions and operational licenses.
• To maintain and update internal legal documentation and regulatory filings.
• To coordinate with government authorities when necessary, regarding licensing and legal matters.
2.4 Other Duties:
• To perform other legal and compliance tasks assigned by legal Managers, Legal Directors.
• To participate in legal risk assessments and improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
• BA degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as In-house lawyer/legal consultant, compliance experience will be favor.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese oral and written.
• High teamwork spirit, entrepreneurial approach and commitment to excellent quality standards.
• Good understanding of law and regulations, especially in real estate sector.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Analyzing and interpreting skills.
