1. Job Responsibilities
- Track, consolidate, and manage the submission and approval process of documents, records, and requests across the entire Supply Chain department.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission for approval.
- Monitor processing progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Arrange and manage meeting schedules, business trips, and working calendars for the CU Director.
Prepare meeting rooms, materials, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track and update post-meeting action items.
- Support communication and coordination with overseas partners/suppliers when required.
- Assist in consolidating data and preparing periodic reports for the Supply Chain department.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Warehouses (WHs), Supply Chain - - Operations (SCO), Production, QA, etc., to support operational activities.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Assistant, Secretary, Administrative, or Management Support.
- Prior experience in Factory/Supply Chain/FMCG environments is preferred.
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to handle emails and work with foreign partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and task tracking skills.
- Careful, honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, diligent, with strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
