The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting TA teams across the APAC region, bringing in the industry technology expert to power the new business growth. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top talents.
• Talent category: intern, Early career position.
• Talent Geographic: APAC
Employer branding, mainly for campus activities and engagement
Support strategic talent-mapping, and market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Support ADM Cares Project in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate or master's students who are interested in the Nutrition industry
Working Experience:
Able to commit a minimum of 3 months full time, a 6-month commitment is preferred.
Outstanding academic achievements - Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever
Business Understanding:
Social Media Experience
Event management
Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English.
