Collaborate with all the external and internal included the merchandise and retail team to facilitate effective brand process:
Inventory coordination for stock counting & movement management
Coordinate brand-related legal and accounting matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Trade promotion documentation process
Bonus and Incentive documentation process
Act as a liaison between the brand principles and internal teams including NSO
Facilitate the design and process for VM, product labels, ensuring alignment with brand standards ( QR code, product and pricing label)
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the movement of merchandise between suppliers, warehouses, and retail locations.
Collaboration to ensure accurate tracking of shipments and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
Manage travel arrangements for team members.
