I. Job Purpose:

Lead the Communication, PR & Event team to strategically promote Circle K brand both externally and internally across various marketing tools including promotion, communications (online & in-store media), CRM and E-commerce platforms, and event to make Circle K "the most prefered CVS brand" in Vietnam as well as to support sales for the best possible outcome.

II.Job accountabilities:

1. Closely work with Brand Experience Manager to strategically develop Circle K Communication Plan with initiatives to promote Circle K brand and support sales.

Lead the team to develop and produce effective online and offline communication content and materials following Circle K brand guideline and strategy to maximise customer's awareness and interest in the brand and promotions;
Manage company's online assets (Facebook fanpage, Zalo, Instagram, website, CRM app design...) and in-store media (POSM, LCD, audio ads, Wifi ads); Explore and utilise suitable new channels (KOLs...)
Take the lead in company's milestone events (e.g. Milestone Store's Grand Openings...)

2. Closely work with related team (Merchandising, Food Service and other teams) nationwide to develop and execute effective communications for product launches, promotions, campaigns to jointly deliver the company's objectives.

3. Coordinate with CRM team to develop strategies and campaigns that recruit new users and help drive traffic to store; Cordinate with Business Intelligence team to analyze customer behavior and provide suitable marketing solutions.

4. Build and manage monthly and anual MKT expense budget to ensure monthly/anual KPIs are achieved; Provide monthly reports including customers' insights, market trends, and competitors' MKT activities.

5. Manage advertising agencies and printing suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.

6. Responsible for managing and coahing team members to increase work quality and team spirits.

7. Other adhoc tasks.

III.Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising agency with at least 2 years in management position. Retail/CVS knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English with good presentation skill.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong leadership with good people management skill.
Possess a high level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment.
Good interpersonal skill, creative, flexible, aggressive, passionate, attention to details, resourceful with can do and positive working attitude.
Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and Excel. Skillful in using Power Point is an advantage.
