In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in our sales funnel, spearheading prospecting initiatives, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. You'll leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to identify client needs and strategically present our solutions to achieve successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Generation: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends. Utilize industry reports, competitor analysis, and social media monitoring to gain valuable insights. Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies across various channels, such as content creation, industry event participation, and online community engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Employ a meticulous approach to assess potential customers' needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure optimal lead qualification.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively guide qualified leads through each stage of the sales pipeline. Through clear communication and presentations, demonstrate how our products or services address their specific challenges and deliver value.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential customers through various communication channels. Actively listen to their needs and cultivate trust through a consultative approach.
- Collaboration: Work cohesively with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Collaborate with pre-sale technical consultants to address client's technical inquiries. Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to
account managers and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain meticulous records within the CRM system, updating lead information and call records after each interaction. Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns using key metrics (response rates, conversion rates, cost per lead) and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Report to the
Sales Manager or Consultant on a regular basis.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a BDR or related sales development role/account management or lead generation roles.
1-3 years of experience in IT industry.
- Proven success in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (specify any -required software).
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Technology related experiences is highly valued.
- Native English speaking is a plus.
