JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT WILL YOU DO
L&D Operational support (80%)
Support in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, and/or training projects (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal & external trainers to ensure effective and quality execution of training programs.
Support before-during training programs such as enrollment arrangements (book calendar, arrange room, send invitation, participant list, etc.), prepare tests, survey forms, attendance tracking and other logistics
Design L&D training communications and materials
Handle the administration of post training activities such as certification collection, paperwork for payment process, training report delivery.
Translate training materials and related documents.
Other training operational work assigned by supervisor2.Learning Management System Admin (20%)
Data import in LMS, including attendance tracking, training progress, learner management, training content management (will be guided by the supervisor)
Create and export learning reports from LMS (if required).
Coordinate to be a contact point in LMS-related issue
REQUIREMENTS
WHO ARE YOU
Able to commit to 6 months internship period, work full-time 5 days/week (occational off day on request)
Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
Good command of English
