Job Descriptions:
Support
the Sales team in performing the admin-related tasks of the advertising and
communication department:
- Drafting
documents of advertising services (Contracts, reports, acceptance minutes...)
- Booking
advertising services
- Handling
issues arising during the service implementation
- Manage sales contracts and follow up payment collection

Maintaining the documentation
Working
with internal departments and theaters to execute contracts and deploy the
Customer's program
Other
administrative tasks assigned by the Manager (other administrative tasks or
group projects
Requirements:
At least 6
months - 1 year of experience related to admin
A careful
style of work and honesty
Good
communication skill, detail oriented
Hardworking,
responsible and able to withstand work pressure
Good
administrative, record-keeping, computing and reporting skills.
Good command in English.
