RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement tactical sales plan and be accountable for delivery of sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and product manager to increase effectiveness and deliver commercial objectives
Support negotiation of partnerships agreements with key accounts
Driver commercial excellence (Volume allocation, Pricing strategy,...)
Establish "continuous improvement" culture, identify potential areas of improvement, and formulate improvement concepts to increase customer satisfaction
Acquire dynamic knowledge of market trends, technologies, regulatory trends and competitive landscape
Develop an in-depth understanding of the market to establish better supply and demand forecasts and identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Provide continuous input when developing company strategy
Represent commercial view in cross functional project discussions
Ensure full compliance with the highest business standards and ethics
Collaborate with R&D and customers/partners to develop new products adding value to our customers.
Attendance of domestic and overseas relevant conferences

Have experience of e-commerce such as Lazada, Shopee
Minimum Degree
Strong business acumen and relevant experience in closing sales deals
Strong commercial / business development skills
Strong relationship building and influencing and communication skills
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities as well as ability to synthesize ideas
Fluent communication in English, Vietnamese oral and written
"Customer at the center" attitude
Proven track record in driving commercial targets
Strong computer knowledge skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, etc...)
Understand financial basics
