JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
Assist the Communications Planning Manager to supervise and lead a team of Communication Planners, providing guidance and mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Account Management, Creative and Content teams to understand client requirements and objectives
Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and social media campaign plans that align with client goals and budget constraints
Conduct influencer selection and propose innovative schemes to manage influencer partnerships
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges
Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and report results to clients and senior management
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries
Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and alignment on influencer marketing initiatives
JOBREQUIRMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Experience: Proven 4 - 5 years experience in influencer marketing and social media, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
Skill & Knowledge:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with influencers, clients and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools
Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and passion for staying ahead of industry trends
Previous experience in client-facing roles and ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies
Personality:
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflows
