JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work close together with our logistics colleagues in Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Hong Kong
• Responsible to receive and prepare original documents, who are to be released to customers upon internal approval
• Communicate with our clients in Vietnam (backup office)
• Support our commercial colleagues in the Vietnam office In the future this role can evolve to more tasks:
• Coordinate shipping and document instructions to sourcing offices
• Check docs copy, organize amendments with related teams
• Send approved document copies to customers
• Input data in Oracle
REQUIREMENTS
At least with University/ College degree. Experience in Foreign Trade/ Economics / Finance is a plus.
At least 01 year of experience in Logistic/ Supply (spend management system as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle etc.)
Fluency in MS Office & Business English (speaking fluently)
Project management and Change management
Problem solving attitude, solution-oriented approach
Has positive and balanced personality, loyal, honest and flexible
BENEFITS
Salary: Up to 15,000,000 VND Gross / Month according to capacity.
Work directly with international/ regional team
Pay social insurance and health insurance, unemployment insurance in accordance with the law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Master and manage Group /PVA related third party and procurement policies and procedures to ensure its implementation properly across the company
• Support manager to develop and enhance all procedures and supervise the process of Procurement to ensure it complies with operating manuals and guidelines
Monitor action and training plan of Procurement department
• Master all approval flows in procurement and third party risk system
• Provide instant instructions using system, technical supports, screen system incidents before escalation to COE, follow up with incident tickets, deliver periodical training to new users and refresh trainings annually
• Support manager to coordinate with the regional COE in measuring Procurement system's efficiency and leveraging MI reports to identify opportunities for optimized performance.
• Manage all contracts of Procurement department
• Generate reports for reporting & monitoring purposes and perform appropriate analysis to detect and identify trends for timely escalation to management
• Prepare document to support for Risk Management/Compliance/Audit's requirement
REQUIREMENTS
