JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Admin Intern to join our People Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing our recruitment efforts through AI-driven sourcing and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast learner who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Tech-Driven Recruitment
AI-Powered Sourcing: Utilize AI tools and platforms to identify, screen, and engage with potential candidates.
Creative Content: Use Canva and Capcut to design visually appealing job posters and short videos for employer branding on social media.
Talent Pipeline: Manage and update candidate databases via Google Workspace to ensure a steady flow of talent.
2. HR Administrative Support (Paper Tasks)
Documentation: Assist in preparing and filing physical and digital employee records (contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).
Office Coordination: Support the HR team in organizing internal events, workshops, and team-bonding activities.
Reporting: Use Google Sheets/Docs to prepare weekly reports and track HR metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Ability to use AI tools for research and productivity.
Design/Video editing skills: Proficient in Canva and Capcut.
Languages:
English: Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Korean: Fluency is a strong plus.
Soft Skills:
Agility and high adaptability to new tasks.
A "can-do" attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Meticulous attention to detail (especially for paperwork).
