JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the overall financial control of the organization, including but not limited to:
- Project cost control (forecast, cost monitoring, cashflow projection)
- Entity annual budget forecast and variance analysis
- Entity cashflow forecast.
- Monthly dashboard
- Implement cost accounting processes and procedures, set up monthly review with Chief Accountant, Project Director and General Manager
- Provide strategic analysis of figures to the General Manager and suggest and follow up remedial action plan to address any discrepancy.
- Liaise with Chief Accountant, French financial control team and participate in the monthly meeting
- Track and monitor revenue for accuracy (cost to cost / % of completion basis), ensure monthly accruals are properly adjusted, monitor and track debtors
- Report to General Manager for a first period of 1 year.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a multinational organization.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level attention to detail in order to review and critically analyze reporting and identify/correct discrepancies.
- Excellent strategic abilities with the ability to review accounting and financial reporting and make recommendations to the Directors of the organization regarding the financial position of the organization/ office/ project.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge of business accounting principles and business compliance.
- Excellent English language skills are a pre-requisite for this position.
- Good knowledge of accounting software applications.
- Good knowledge of Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Responsibilities
- The 3D Artist / Visualizer will work closely with the Architectural Design Manager to produce high-quality visualization images and drawings. They will also collaborate with the graphic, architectural, and competition teams to produce evocative "painterly" style visualizations to a presentation standard and under time constraints and deadline given by the Client.
* The primary responsibility of the position is to produce visualizations, but it also involves

- Produce atmospheric visualizations of the highest caliber for competition and customer presentations.

- Applying montages in Photoshop to photographed 3D forms
* Library & Texture
- Maintain and develop company library standards for materials, texture, vegetation, people etc. for 3D visualization work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in a creative environment; graduate level qualification or equivalent
- Provide portfolio of high-quality graphical imagery produced in professional environment
- Experience within an architectural office will be an advantage
- Showing an interest in art or architecture and having a solid understanding of design principles are essential.
- Experience of photography, illustration or hand drawing is beneficial, but not essential.
- Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images Technical
- Capability to understand and analyze architectural models, drawings and conceptual ideas
- Demonstrate ability to produce high-quality results using a range of media.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D StudioMax/VRay/Corona is mandatory
- Knowledge of Revit / Rhino 3D / Lumion desirable, but not essential
- Clearly and successfully describing their own work both internally and outside
- Effectively listening to understand what is needed, and when appropriate, posing questions
