JOB DESCRIPTION
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including supermarkets, distributors, and restaurant chains.
Identify and approach potential customers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to expand market share.
Promote and sell the company's products, such as beef, chicken, pork, and grains, to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to management on a weekly basis.
Assist in preparing sales contracts and ensuring all documentation aligns with client and company requirements.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective supply chain management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Strong command of spoken and written English (required).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in sales, particularly in the food industry, is a plus (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
