MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Department: DOMBI / Business Planning & Data Analytic
Reports to: Compensation & Incentive Planning Team Leader
Job Scope / Position Summary:
To be responsible for Compensation & Incentive Planning tasks for distribution channels including but not limited to: Distribution compensation, Business Contest Plan, Distribution Income Analytic, Competitors Review/Market analysis.
Main Responsibility:
1. Taking charge of incentive/contest/compensation planning process: design compensation/contest, cost projection, managing discussion with key stake holders and obtaining approval, prepare/issue contest/incentive memos to sale force
2. Tracking budget control and expenses: provide compensation tracking reports, analysis and measure the effectiveness of compensation/contest plan, frequency analytic of Agency income
3. Competitors Review/Market analysis: research competitor compensation & conduct market analysis
4. Conduct deep dive analytics related to distribution compensation matters
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1) Education:
University Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Business Statistic
2) Experience:
Minimum 2 year of experience in working in multi-national companies in finance sectors
3) Skills:
• Strong analytic thinking and data processing skills
• Strong communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong time management skill, problem-solving skill, risk mitigation assessment skill
• Fluent in using Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Power Point
• Experience in using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google analytic...) as advantage
• Detail-oriented, result-oriented and delivery outcome with "beyond the call of duty" mindset
• Strong teamwork spirit and cross-functional collaboration
