JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle simple contract review.
Research and preparation of advice for a variety of contractual matters which may include freight and logistics services, sea/air charters, intra-company contracts, IT vendors and leases.
Support the entity to implement the new Data Protection obligations.
Support the local compliance delegate to develop and implement the compliance program.
Support to check customer's requirement as to Compliance.
Support to monitor and update Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulation.
Evaluation of Compliance in HSE following ISO 140[protected info] standard.
Other Tasks assigned by QHSE & CSR Assistant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Law.
Internship with duration of 6 months preferred.
General
knowledge in corporate governance, contract review, compliance (anti-bribery
and anti-corruption international laws), data, privacy, dispute resolution,
insurance and (pre)litigation.
Excellent level of English (both oral
& written) with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Independent
and fast learner.
Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving
skills.
