WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR
We are specifically looking for part-time support in the following areas:
Business Development
Events & Memberships
Marketing & Communications
Administration
Commitment
These are part-time positions only, designed for young professionals looking to gain meaningful experience alongside their studies or daily commitments.
Successful candidates are expected to contribute approximately 20-30 hours per week depending on tasks and team members availability.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities may vary depending on the role and each candidate's strengths, but may include:
Assisting with media partnership outreach and business development initiatives
Supporting the planning and coordination of executive networking events
Managing membership communications and engagement
Contributing to poster design and social media rollout, newsletter writing, and vendor outreach
Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Strong proficiency in English, or bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese preferred
