Job Description
Managing E-commerce sales is a strategically critical role at PlayAh!, as online channels are the main revenue contributor. This position directly handles PlayAh's entire online business across e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada).
The E-commerce Intern will:
Report directly to the Senior E-commerce Executive.
Participate in strategic discussions with the Board of Directors about online sales channel development.
Act as the voice of consumers to help improve PlayAh's products and services.
Manage the overall customer experience on online platforms.
This is a critical role for PlayAh's growth since Direct-to-Consumer is our top-priority channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Planning & Execution (30%)
Plan and implement sales strategies on e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada) based on company strategy.
Build channel-specific sales strategies using customer insights.
Develop monthly sales plans including strategic product portfolio, promotions, discounts, gifts, etc., tailored to each channel.
Monitor platform changes, capture trends, and adapt investment logic.
Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and propose actions based on real performance.
E-commerce Operations (50%)
Oversee operational KPIs (with team support) across platforms.
Manage warehouse partners to ensure KPIs are met.
Ensure brand assets are updated on time and meet quality standards.
Work with platform partners to resolve arising issues.
Monitor customer experience through chat, order reviews, and weekly reports.
Coordinate CS shifts (may require 2-3 evening shifts per week).
Budget & KPI Management (20%)
Manage and reconcile monthly expenses with service providers.
Track and control progress against sales and budget targets.
Handle other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Excel skills, good at "playing with numbers" and analyzing data.
Must have a personal laptop.
Highly proactive and accountable.
Disciplined and responsible for results.
Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge daily.
