SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior Media & E-commerce Executive responsible for executing multi-platform media campaigns and supporting end-to-end e-commerce operations, especially livestream planning and execution across TikTok and Shopee. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital media and/or e-commerce execution, with the ability to support sales-driven livestream activities and optimize online storefront performance.
JD:
1. Media Execution - 30%
Set up, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Run ads to support and maximize livestream traffic & sales, including pre-live funneling and real-time optimization when required.
Execute A/B testing and apply ongoing optimizations to meet KPI targets.
Monitor daily pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaign efficiency.
2. E-commerce Execution - 40%
Livestream Operations (Primary emphasis)
Understand platform-specific livestream mechanics (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) to participate in planning and preparing pre-livestream activities, including rundown, product selection, scripts, vouchers, and visual assets.
Support livestream operations during live sessions: assisting with product queue, tracking sales, coordinating with hosts, and ensuring smooth on-air execution.
Track and analyze livestream performance, summarize key results, and report insights for improvement.
Product & Storefront Optimization
Operate and optimize product assortment, listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront performance on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute promotional plans, flash sales, bundles, vouchers, and campaign mechanics.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure product readiness, stock availability, and overall execution of business plans.
3. Performance Tracking & Analytics - 20%
Track performance of media campaigns, livestream results, and e-commerce metrics across all channels.
Analyze data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for internal review.
4. Others - 10%
Support brand campaigns, product launches, and internal projects when needed.
Assist in coordinating with KOL/hosts, vendors, and livestream partners.
Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and new features.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media execution or e-commerce operations (livestream experience is a plus).
Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center.
Understanding of livestream workflows and sales-driving mechanisms on TikTok/Shopee.
Analytical mindset with basic Excel/Google Sheet reporting skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and coordination ability.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tools and platforms.
