The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO's subsidiary, opened 20 years ago,
where we have a market leader position in both Hospital and Pharmacy channels. You will join our
70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6-month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can
apply for the full time position up on his/her completion of the internship.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This 6-month internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on administrative experience in the healthcare and marketing sectors.
Administrative Support: Assist in organizing documents, reports, and logistics for marketing activities and events such as seminars, workshops, and fairs.
Payment Management: Support tracking and processing payments related to marketing activities and events, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage marketing materials, product samples, and inventory.
Gimmick Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and managing marketing gimmick campaigns and promotional materials.
Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (students are welcome to apply).
