Job Description
Provide business insights through financial analytics support to the accounting teams on areas related to productivity, demand planning, reporting in a timely manner. This includes the development of relevant associated metrics.
Understand any business challenges to identify and propose solutions through business insights reports and analytical dashboards.
Partner directly with the finance team and central business insight and strategy groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights and opportunities for optimization.
Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and/or optimization.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Experience in working cross functionally displaying collaboration with a high degree of customer service and support mindset.
Proven ability to critically look at problems, issues, processes with a view to find improvements and re-engineer where possible.
Proven ability to work with multiple systems and data in parallel with an ability to see the big picture.
Have a demonstrated ability to navigate through complex data and systems.
Have a keen interest to find the story behind the data and articulate it to respective stakeholders.
Must have experience using BI tools to build analytical dashboards.
