I. HR ADMIN INTERN - (6 months)
1. Job responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Keep updated and make payment for office expenses
Other task assigned by line manager
2. Job requirements
Bachelor degree, Fresh graduated.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills.
High sense of confidentiality, actively and responsibility.
Customer Services mindset.
Good command of English.
II. HR C&B INTERSHIP ( 06 Months)
1. Job responsibilities
Manage the staff profile in both hard and soft copy (e.g. labor contract, contract renewal confirmation, new joiner and leaver profiles.....)
Manage the new comer form and update staff database, staff directory
Manage and deliver the insurance cards to staff timely.
Support to hand over the labor contract to staff , social insurance book and related documents to the leaver.
Support for administrative tasks in HR department.
Other tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
2. Job requirements
Fresh graduated or 4th-year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Interest in HR, especially C&B
Available for six-month full time internship
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information
Good at organizational skill, attention to details
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
Hard-working, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
